Collective food procurement as responsible innovation
Collective food procurement is an emerging phenomenon at multiple levels, well beyond purchasing: for example through foraging and self-production; short food chains and direct sales; or food governance through local institutions, but also through networks of NGOs. L'economia della conoscenza è la chiave di volta, per Greco e Termini, per superare il declino strutturale dell'Italia. Il tema dell'innovazione sfida tutti e, proprio perché sfida tutti, sfida ciascuno a tenere il passo con l'andatura che viene imposta dal contesto. L'innovazione, realizzazione dell'improbabile, frutto dello sviluppo del sapere scientifico e del progresso tecnologico, ha cambiato e sta cambiando la nostra vita, e quindi il mondo. L'innovazione deve essere capace di mettere in connessione il globale con il locale: questa è la vera sfida della globalizzazione. Inoltre deve avvicinarsi a condizioni di sostenibilità. Per questo c'è bisogno di innovatori che siano coraggiosi, ma anche responsabili. - Leggi
