A) Purposes and methods of processing
Purpose of the processing: the data processing will be carried out to allow the provision of the requested services (contact via e-mail, if you have subscribed to the mailing list, general information, etc.). The recorded data may also be used for statistical reports on our activity. Processing methods: the data will be processed mainly with electronic and computerized tools and stored both in computerized and paper form and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the minimum security measures.

Pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code, we inform you that the processing of personal data that may be provided to the e-mail addresses of the fondationbassetti.org domain or directly via contact forms on the website is aimed at satisfying the request that has been submitted to us.

Where necessary, the purposes referred to in point a), the data may also be communicated to third parties unrelated to the contractual assignment.
E) Rights of the interested party
In relation to the present processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 7 Privacy Code:
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/herself (even if not yet registered) and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/herself, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/herself for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
