Project 'Public Participation and Governance of Innovation'
The Bassetti Foundation with the collaboration of IRER [1] and Observa [2] developed, between July 2003 and September 2004, an institutional experiment in dialogue by experts, citizens and stakeholders. The project was promoted by Lombardy Region [3] .
